What Cookies We Use
This site uses local storage and cookies for the purposes described below, including visitor identification.
Essential Cookies
- wll-cookie-consent — Remembers that you acknowledged the tracking notice. Stored in localStorage (not a cookie). No expiration until cleared; acknowledgment does not disable tracking.
- wll-affiliate-consent — Remembers your separate affiliate-cookie choice for 90 days in localStorage.
- wll_attr — A first-party cookie set on your first visit that records where that visit came from (campaign parameters such as
utm_source, a click identifier such asgclidorfbclid, or the referring site) for three months, so an inquiry can be credited to the campaign that introduced you. It holds no personal data and is sent only to this site. - Personalization preferences — Stores your theme or search preferences locally.
Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is privacy-friendly and does not use cookies. It does not track individual users or collect personal data.
Only after you choose Accept all in the privacy bar, public pages load Google Analytics 4 (property G-8TERPQEXSG), which counts page views, traffic sources, campaign parameters and the actions we mark as conversions (clicking to book or call, submitting the contact form, reaching the pricing section). It sets first-party cookies _ga (a random visitor identifier, two years) and _ga_8TERPQEXSG (session state, two years). Google receives your IP address for approximate location and does not store it; Google Signals and ad personalization are off. Google Analytics is never loaded before that choice, never on the sales dashboard, checkout or contract-signing pages, and never when your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal. You can also block it with tracking protection, a content blocker or Google's opt-out add-on. See Google's Privacy Policy.
Advertising Measurement (Meta Pixel)
Only after you choose Accept all in the privacy bar, public pages load the Meta Pixel, which tells Meta (Facebook and Instagram) that a browser visited this site and which of the actions we count as inquiries it took (clicking to book, call, text or email, or viewing the pricing section). It sets the first-party cookie _fbp (a random browser identifier, three months) and, if you arrived from a Meta ad, _fbc (the click identifier); Meta may also set its own cookies (for example fr) on facebook.com domains where your browser allows third-party cookies. We do not send names, emails or phone numbers to Meta ("Advanced Matching" is off) and the pixel does not scan buttons or forms automatically. We use it to measure whether Meta advertising brings inquiries and, if we run Meta ads, to show them to people who visited this site. It is never loaded before that choice, never on the sales dashboard, checkout or contract-signing pages, and never under a Global Privacy Control signal, which we treat as an opt-out of sharing. You can opt out of Meta's ad measurement at Meta Ad preferences or block it with tracking protection; see Meta's Privacy Policy.
Session Recording and Heatmaps (Microsoft Clarity)
After you choose Accept all, public pages also load Microsoft Clarity, which records how visitors use the site — page views, scrolling, clicks, mouse movement and the elements interacted with — and aggregates them into heatmaps and session replays that we watch to find where the site is confusing or broken. Clarity sets first-party cookies: _clck (a random visitor identifier, up to one year) and _clsk (links the page views of one session, one day); Microsoft also sets its own cookies on the clarity.ms domain (for example MUID, CLID, SM) where your browser allows third-party cookies. Text you type into form fields is masked before it leaves your browser and is not recorded. We tag sessions with the page type, the referring site, campaign parameters and coarse screen size, and we mark actions such as clicking to book or call. Microsoft receives the recording and processes it under its own privacy statement; recordings are retained by Microsoft for 30 days and aggregate heatmap data for 13 months.
Clarity loads only after you choose Accept all; it is never loaded on the sales dashboard, checkout or contract-signing pages, and never when your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal. You can also block it with tracking protection or a content blocker, or clear the two cookies above to start a fresh, unlinked visitor id. See Microsoft's Privacy Statement and Clarity's data documentation.
Website Visitor Identification
Only after you choose Accept all in the privacy bar, this site loads a visitor identification tag from Instantly.ai (which uses RB2B and its partners, including LiveIntent). Until then, and whenever your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, the tag is not loaded and nothing is sent to those partners.
Unlike the analytics above, this is not anonymous. It reads and sets third-party cookies on the partners' domains, and it attempts to match your visit against those partners' existing profiles in order to tell us which company — and in some cases which person — visited the site, along with an approximate location derived from your IP address. Matching is attempted for United States traffic; it succeeds only sometimes, and we receive nothing when a visit is not matched.
We use what it returns for one purpose: to follow up with businesses that looked at this site. We do not sell it. Because the partners match your visit against their own profiles, that matching may count as "sharing" under the California Privacy Rights Act — which is why it is off until you accept, and why the footer link "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" turns it off again.
Optional Affiliate Attribution
Only after you choose Accept all, Partnero records referral visits so we can credit the partner who introduced you. The program uses the aff link parameter and a 90-day attribution window. Partnero receives the page URL, referrer, IP address, browser/device information and a session identifier. Its first-party cookies include partnero_partner, referral_url and partnero_session_uuid; the session identifier can persist longer than the referral window until deleted. These cookies are cleared when you decline or withdraw permission on this site.
This visitor integration does not send contact forms, booking details or payment events to Partnero. See Partnero’s privacy policy.
Other Third-Party Cookies
Our other third-party integrations (Stripe for payments, Cal.com for booking) may set their own cookies on their respective domains when you interact with them.
Your Choices
The privacy bar on your first visit has two equal buttons. Accept all turns on Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, the Meta Pixel, the visitor identification tag and Partnero affiliate cookies. Reject all keeps every one of them off — only the essential cookies above remain. Until you choose, nothing optional loads. Your choice is stored in this browser for 180 days (localStorage key wll-tracking-consent) and applies to every page of this site.
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information. The visitor identification tag and the Meta Pixel may count as "sharing" under California law, so they never load before you accept. To opt out at any time, use the button below or the link of the same name in the footer of every page and choose Reject all; the page reloads so that scripts already running stop. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a valid opt-out of sale and sharing: the identification tag, the Meta Pixel, Partnero, Google Analytics and Clarity all stay off in that browser without any further action, and the privacy bar says "Opt-Out Preference Signal Honored".
You can also stop the visitor identification described above with your browser's tracking protection or third-party-cookie blocking (Safari, Firefox and Brave block it by default), a content blocker, or the partners' own opt-outs — RB2B and LiveIntent. You can also email [email protected] and we will delete anything held about your visit.
