Terms of Service
Last updated: July 23, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of WeLead Lab's website (weleadlab.com), its content, and any free tools or resources we make available (together, the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Who we are and what these Terms cover
WeLead Lab provides AI search visibility for local service businesses. The Site is informational: it describes our services, publishes articles, and offers free tools and a way to get in touch or book a call. These Terms cover your use of the Site only.
Paid engagements are separate. Any consulting, build, run, or governance work we perform for a client is governed by a separate written agreement (such as a proposal, statement of work, or master services agreement) signed by both parties. These Terms do not create a client relationship, a professional-services engagement, or any obligation for us to provide paid services.
2. Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, its systems, or its data;
- Interfere with or disrupt the Site, including by scraping in a way that degrades service, or by probing, scanning, or testing its security without permission;
- Use the Site to transmit malware, spam, or unlawful, infringing, or harmful content;
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
3. Free tools and resources
We may offer free tools, calculators, guides, or resources. These are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind. They may be changed, limited, or discontinued at any time without notice. Any output they produce is for general informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional advice or a tailored engagement.
4. No professional advice
Content on the Site — including articles, service descriptions, and tool outputs — is general information, not legal, financial, tax, security, compliance, or other professional advice, and does not account for your specific circumstances. Do not rely on it as such; seek qualified advice for your situation. References to standards or regulations describe how we approach our work and are not a representation that any particular outcome, certification, or compliance status will be achieved.
5. Intellectual property
The Site, its design, content, and the tools we provide are owned by WeLead Lab or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to view and use the Site for your own informational purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site or our materials without our written permission, except where a page expressly permits it.
If you submit information to us (for example, through a contact form or a free tool), you confirm you have the right to share it and grant us permission to use it to respond to you and to operate and improve the Site, consistent with our Privacy Policy.
6. Third-party links and services
The Site links to and integrates third-party services (for example, scheduling via Cal.com and email delivery via our providers). We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Your use of them is subject to their own terms and policies.
7. Disclaimers
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any information or tool output will be accurate or complete.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WeLead Lab and its officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or relating to your use of the Site or free tools. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100). Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to these Terms or the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, unless a separate signed agreement between us provides otherwise.
