Getting started

How to work with WeLead Lab

A clear plan for attracting leads, handling inquiries and measuring customer acquisition. Priorities and timing depend on your business, access and approvals.

  1. Define the customers you want

Tell me what you sell, who your best customers are and how much new business you can handle. We discuss your goals and whether the partnership is a fit.

You can ask questions before deciding.

  2. Agree on the acquisition plan

Review the scope, costs and agreement. Once we start, I review your website, marketing and lead handling to choose the first priorities and establish what we can measure.

The plan fits your market, capacity and approved budget.

  3. Build and connect the system

Share account access and accurate business information. I build the agreed campaigns, pages, tracking and follow-up, with your approvals, so discovery connects to an inquiry and a next step.

I keep what works. A rebuild is not automatic.

  4. Improve using real lead outcomes

Review the inquiries and available cost data with me. Share which leads were a fit, booked or bought so I can refine the campaigns, website and follow-up.

Progress is judged against your business goals.

Your part

Share accurate information, provide access, approve decisions and respond to customers. Record sales outcomes so the reporting can go beyond clicks.

How progress is judged

Follow the opportunity.
Understand the result.

A busy dashboard is useful only when it helps you make a business decision. These are the questions I work through with you.

Are the inquiries a fit?
Review the source, customer need and lead quality. Separate genuine opportunities from spam or the wrong audience.
Are opportunities moving forward?
See who received a response, who booked and which quotes still need follow-up.
What became paying business?
Connect the outcomes you record with available marketing costs. Keep inquiries, booked appointments and paying customers distinct.

Next step

Talk it through in 15 minutes.

Tell me what you sell and where growth is getting stuck. No payment to talk, no obligation to sign.
